Social Media That Doesn't Go Quiet After Three Weeks
Most business accounts fail the same way. A burst of enthusiasm, daily posts for three weeks, then twice a month, then silence for a quarter. Nobody decided to stop — the system just depended on someone feeling inspired, and inspiration isn't a schedule.
We build the system instead. Clear themes, content produced in batches, a calendar you can actually sustain, and reporting that tells you whether any of it is working.
What We Manage
- Content strategy — content pillars, tone of voice and posting cadence built around your business
- Content creation — captions, graphics, carousels, short video edits and story content
- Monthly content calendars — planned and approved ahead of time, not the morning of
- Scheduling and publishing — across every platform you’re active on
- Community management — replying to comments and DMs, and engaging in your space
- Reporting — a monthly summary of what performed, what didn’t, and what changes next
- Paid social (optional) — ad creative, targeting and budget management
Platforms
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X and Pinterest — but we won’t recommend all of them.
Being present everywhere sounds like coverage. In practice it means being mediocre in five places at once, because each platform rewards different formats and rhythms. Two platforms done properly outperform five done occasionally, every time. We’ll pick based on where your customers actually spend time and what your business can realistically produce.
How We Approach It
Pillars before calendars. Three to five recurring themes mean nobody ever opens a blank calendar wondering what to say. For most service businesses that’s: educate, prove, humanise, point of view, and invite.
Roughly four value posts for every promotional one. Post like an advert and the audience learns to scroll past you. Post like a useful account and the promotional ones land when they come.
One idea, five pieces. Accounts that appear to publish constantly aren’t producing that much original thinking — they’re repurposing systematically. A single blog post becomes a carousel, a short video, a text post, a quote graphic and a question. Same research, five pieces of content.
Consistency over volume. Three good posts a week for a year beats daily posting that collapses in month two. We set a schedule you can maintain during your busiest week, not your quietest.
Engagement is part of the job. Publishing and leaving is the most common mistake. Replies in the first hour carry disproportionate weight with every algorithm, and they’re where followers turn into enquiries.
How the Month Runs
Week 1 — review last month’s numbers, note the three best performers, adjust direction
Week 2 — batch-create the next month’s content around your pillars
Week 3 — schedule everything, leaving two slots open for timely posts
Every week — two short engagement sessions on publishing days
Written down like this, it survives holidays and staff changes. That’s the whole point.
What We Report On
Follower count is the least useful number on the dashboard. We report on what predicts business:
- Saves and shares — the strongest signal that content had real value
- Profile visits — interest turning into curiosity about the business
- Link clicks — intent to learn more or buy
- Comment quality — real questions from potential customers, not emoji
- Enquiries that mention social — the only number tied directly to revenue
Reviewed monthly, not daily. Social performance is noisy week to week and only becomes readable across a longer stretch.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many posts per month do I get?
Packages typically range from [X to Y] posts per month across [number] platforms. We’ll recommend a number you can sustain rather than the biggest one.
Do you write the captions and make the graphics?
Yes — both are included. Graphics follow your brand identity, or we’ll build a simple template system if you don’t have one yet.
Do I approve content before it goes out?
Yes. The full month’s calendar is shared for approval before anything is scheduled.
Do you need photos and video from us?
Some. Behind-the-scenes photos, product shots and team footage always outperform stock — we’ll give you a simple shot list each month so it takes minutes, not hours.
How long before I see results?
Meaningful movement usually takes [3–6 months] of consistent posting. Anyone promising results in weeks is either buying followers or guessing.
Can you manage paid ads too?
Yes, as an add-on. Ad spend is billed separately from management fees, and we’ll tell you plainly if your organic foundation isn’t ready for paid yet.
