CONTENT WRITING

Content Writing That Sounds Like You and Ranks Like It Should

Most business content fails in one of two directions. It's written for search engines and reads like a machine wrote it, or it's beautifully written and nobody ever finds it.

We write for both audiences at once: pages structured so search engines can follow them, and sentences a real person will actually finish. The test we hold every piece to is simple — would someone in your industry find this useful enough to send to a colleague?

What We Write
  • Website copy — homepage, about, service pages and landing pages
  • Blog articles — researched, SEO-structured pieces that answer real questions
  • Product descriptions — for e-commerce catalogues, at scale
  • Case studies — turning client results into proof that sells
  • Email copy — newsletters, nurture sequences and campaign emails
  • Social captions — matched to the tone of everything else you publish
  • Brand voice guidelines — so future writing stays consistent, whoever produces it
What’s Included
  • Keyword research and search intent analysis before writing begins
  • A structured outline for approval, so nobody wastes time on a wrong direction
  • Fully written and edited copy in your brand voice
  • Meta titles and descriptions within character limits
  • Suggested headings, internal links and image alt text
  • Two rounds of revisions
  • Delivery in a format your developer or CMS can use directly
How We Approach It

Intent first, keywords second. Every search carries an intention. Writing a sales page for an informational query fails no matter how well optimised it is. We check what already ranks before we decide what to write.

Depth over breadth. A page trying to cover five loosely related subjects ranks for none of them. If a draft starts sprawling, it becomes two focused pages that link to each other — better for readers and better for site structure.

Structure carries most of the weight. A proper outline — one H1, meaningful H2s, short paragraphs, scannable lists — does more for readability and rankings than any amount of keyword placement.

Specificity is what makes writing trustworthy. Generic advice assembled from other articles is easy to spot and easy to outrank. We interview you for the details only someone who does the work would know: the mistake clients make most often, the realistic timeline, the trade-off nobody mentions.

Write for someone in a hurry. Front-load the answer instead of building up to it. Short paragraphs, plain language, no throat-clearing sentences that say nothing.

Our Process

1. Brief. We learn your business, your customers and how you talk about your work. If you have a brand voice guide, we follow it. If you don’t, we build one from how you actually speak.

2. Research. Keyword and intent research, competitor content review, and a look at what’s currently ranking for the terms you want.

3. Outline. You approve the structure before we write. This catches direction problems in ten minutes instead of after a full draft.

4. Draft. Fully written, edited and formatted, with meta tags and heading structure included.

5. Revisions. Two rounds included. We keep adjusting tone and emphasis until it sounds like you rather than like us.

Where AI Fits — Honestly

We use AI tools for research, outlining and first drafts, the same way most agencies now do. What we don’t do is publish that output unedited.

Every piece is fact-checked, rewritten in your voice, and given the specific detail and experience that generic output lacks — which is exactly what search engines increasingly reward and what readers notice. If a competitor is selling you “AI-free” writing at four times the price, or shipping raw AI output at a tenth, both are selling you the wrong thing.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a piece take?
A standard 1,000-word blog post is typically [3–5 working days] from brief to draft. Full website copy depends on page count — usually [2–3 weeks] for a standard business site.

Do you write in British or American English?
Whichever you need. We’ll match your existing content and keep it consistent across the site.

Will the content be original?
Yes. Every piece is written for you and checked for plagiarism before delivery.

Can you write about technical or niche industries?
Usually. We research thoroughly and interview you for the specifics. For highly technical fields we’ll ask for a subject-matter review before publishing — that’s the honest way to do it.

Do you handle publishing too?
We can upload directly to your CMS with formatting, meta tags and images in place, or hand over a document for your team.

What if I don’t like the draft?
Two revision rounds are included, and the outline approval stage means it rarely gets that far. If the voice is wrong, we’ll rewrite rather than patch.
